Unit D108 at the Village At Dadeland is was for sale for $59,900.00 and we are going to take a closer look at this unit. It is a foreclosure that seems to be in decent condition compared to some of the other foreclosures I’ve seen. The unit has an extra large sliding glass door overlooking a nice grass area directly before the Snapper Creak Canal and the Dadeland Mall. There is an AC unit in place along with a Hot Water Heater. However I do not know if either of the two work. The kitchen is missing the stove and refrigerator, but the cabinets are in place and are in decent condition and the floor is tiled. The bedroom has two large windows allowing plenty of sunlight in and it also has beautifully tiled floor. The closet is not a walk in, but it is rather large and there are two additional closets throughout the apartment. The bathroom is nice and in decent condition, but it doesn’t blow you away by any means. The living room to me is one of the two things that really make this apartment special. It is large and the light and view you get through the sliding glass door is very relaxing. The other thing that makes this apartment special is it’s location. It’s a very short walk from the MetroRail Dadeland South Station. From the Dadeland South station you can go almost anywhere. You’re one stop away from Sunset Place, Two stops away from the University of Miami and a twenty minute ride from the Brickell Downtown area. Also within walking distance are the following places along with numerous restaurants: Brandsmart, Office Depot, The Container Store, three or four banks, The Dadeland Mall, Target, Best Buy, Michaels, Bed Bath And Beyond and Publix. There are not that many places with this kind of access for this price in Miami.
